The Snug Divider Booth splits a big beer hall without building a wall. A tall channel-tufted upholstered back, up to 59 in (150 cm), is crowned with an open dark timber grille, so the booth separates zones and gives groups privacy while light and sightlines still pass over the top.
This is how you make a warehouse-scale taproom feel like a series of rooms. A run of divider booths between the bar zone and the dining zone gives each a different mood, and groups get a booth with a sense of enclosure. Because the grille is open, staff can still see the room, and fire exit signage and sprinkler coverage aren't blocked the way a solid partition can block them — confirm placement with your fire officer.
The booth is built on a hardwood frame with a steel-reinforced back to carry the grille, a recessed plinth and a brass-finish kick rail. It can be single-sided against a wall or back-to-back as a freestanding divider with seats on both sides.
Oxblood, forest green and tobacco upholsteries suit the dark timber; commercial vinyl or leather is recommended.
