Ale Bench started from a simple observation: brewery taprooms get furnished last, in a hurry, from whatever is in stock. Then the furniture spends its life in one of the toughest environments in hospitality — wet floors, sticky tables, sanitizer twice a shift, boots on stool rails and crowds that lean on everything. We build for that, on purpose.
Ale Bench is a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture. We make everything in our own production base in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. Lecong is the largest furniture trading hub in the world, with steel fabricators, sawmills, foam converters and upholstery shops within a short drive of each other; that's what lets us build steel frames, hardwood chairs, sintered stone tops and upholstered booths for one taproom and ship them in one container.
How we work
We start with your plan, not our catalog. Tell us your bar-top height, the floor area, how the room runs — table service, order at the bar, food trucks, live music — and the seat count you're aiming for. We send back a furniture schedule and shop drawings for each piece: heights, lengths, frame sections, finishes and upholstery. Nothing is built until you approve them, and we can make pre-production samples of stools or chairs for you to try at your own bar.
Everything is made to order. Communal tables are built to the length your floor can take; stools are built to your bar; booths are built to your measured walls. Upholstery can be our commercial vinyls and leathers or your own material (COM/COL), and foams and fabrics can be specified to your market's fire rules on request. Lead time is typically 30–45 days for standard designs and 45–60 days for custom work after approval, plus transit, confirmed in each quote. We ship export-packed by sea on FOB, CIF or DDP terms to the US, UK and Australia.
Who we build for
Craft breweries opening or expanding a taproom; beer halls and biergartens with indoor or covered seating; gastropubs that need dining comfort with pub toughness; distillery and cidery tasting rooms. If your room has a long table, a busy bar and a back wall that should be seating, we're the right call.
The experience behind the line
EASEN furniture is installed in demanding food-service rooms, including a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong — places with steam, chili oil, constant wipe-downs and full rooms every night. That's where our habits come from: sealed timber, powder-coated steel, cleanable upholstery and frames braced to take daily punishment.
We don't pretend to be a local workshop and we don't hold local stock. We're a factory in Foshan that draws carefully, builds to the drawing and ships direct to your door.
